Thank you for choosing AudioCleaner. To ensure you fully understand our subscription and refund policies, please read the following terms carefully.
A. Declaration
Before subscribing or making a one-time purchase, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our product features, pricing plans, and refund policies.
By placing an order with AudioCleaner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms of this policy prior to your purchase.

B. Subscription and Purchase Policy
AudioCleaner offers two types of plans:
Subscription: Monthly Subscription / Annual Subscription.
One-time purchase: Pay as you go.
Automatic Renewal: Both Monthly and Annual Subscriptions are set to automatically renew on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle. It is the sole responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.
Credit Usage: The credits in your account will remain valid and available for use even after a subscription is canceled, unless a refund is processed. Upon a successful refund, any remaining credits will be forfeited and removed from the account.
C. Plan Upgrade Policy
AudioCleaner does not support direct plan upgrades. To switch to a higher-tier plan, you must first cancel your existing subscription and then purchase the new plan.
D. Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their Monthly or Annual Subscription at any time via https://audiocleaner.ai/subscription.
Credit Validity After Cancellation: Canceling a subscription will not cause your remaining credits to expire. You may continue using them until they are fully consumed.
Timing of Cancellation: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
E. Refund Policy
As a SaaS service provider, all products and services offered by AudioCleaner and its business units are intangible and irrevocable. Therefore, all payments are final and non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances determined solely by AudioCleaner.
Exceptional circumstances include:
Verified system malfunctions directly caused by AudioCleaner that prevent service usage.
Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of the first payment for a subscription or one-time purchase.
Please note:
“First payment” refers to the initial payment for a plan and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
Refunds will not be granted due to lack of usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with non-defective features.
